Ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Each product page will clearly indicate whether an item is ready to ship or pre-order. Pre-order timelines will be listed in the product description and may vary depending on production.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Responsibility

Bluepark is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect information provided at checkout. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.

Incorrect Address

Orders cannot be changed once processed. If an incorrect address is entered, we are not responsible for lost shipments.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
